Join us at 5 Hanover Square—a vibrant hub in the Financial District! We’re hiring a Tenant Coordinator to help keep our property operations running seamlessly. From managing invoices and rent payments to supporting the property management team, you’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for our tenants and ensuring our building runs at its best.

Essential Job Functions
  • Assist with rent billing and collection, including tracking payments and following up with tenants.
  • Process and code invoices for vendor services; ensure timely approvals and submission.
  • Maintain accurate financial and lease-related documentation.
  • Support daily administrative tasks such as correspondence, filing, scheduling, and data entry.
  • Serve as an initial point of contact for tenant inquiries and service requests.
  • Coordinate with building staff, vendors, and the Property Manager as needed.
  • Must be present with the ability to move throughout the site office to address rent collection and billing matters, ensuring effective communication with staff and vendors.
  • Position may be required to perform duties outside their normal responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, finance or accounting preferred.
  • Prior commercial real estate or administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in navigating computers and property management software, to include Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Avid, Yardi and MRI.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively with internal and external clients.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the capacity to multitask and handle several projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Work authorization (required)
Annual salary range: $60,000 - $65,000
