This isn’t your typical General Manager opportunity. We’re looking for a dynamic, hands-on leader who thrives in complex, high-volume environments and is ready to make a lasting impact on an iconic residential community.

You’ll have the opportunity to lead a talented team, elevate the resident experience, drive financial performance, and shape the operational success of one of New York City’s most distinctive properties.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead & Inspire: Direct daily operations, develop a high-performing team, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and exceptional service.

  • Drive Performance: Manage operating budgets, financial reporting, occupancy, expenses, and initiatives that maximize property performance and long-term asset value.
  • Own Operations: Oversee building systems, maintenance, vendors, capital improvements, construction coordination, and regulatory compliance.
  • Build Partnerships: Collaborate with ownership, senior leadership, leasing, and internal teams to achieve property objectives and maintain exceptional operating standards.
What You Bring
  • 10+ years of multifamily property management experience, including leadership of large-scale luxury residential communities.
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex building operations.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and financial reporting.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and resident relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency with property management technology, preferably Yardi, RentCafe, On-Site, iLuvLeasing, or EliseAI.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Valid NYS real estate license or ability to obtain one within 120 days of hire.
Compensation & Benefits

$200,000–$220,000 annual base salary, plus significant performance-based incentive compensation opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Ready to Make Your Mark?

This is more than an opportunity to manage a property. It’s an opportunity to lead an extraordinary residential community, influence its future, and be part of one of New York City’s most ambitious residential transformations.

Join Rose Associates and lead something extraordinary.

This is an on-site position requiring regular movement throughout the property, including areas where domestic pets may be present. Availability for after-hours emergencies and occasional weekends is required. The ability to perform essential duties in these environments, with reasonable accommodation where applicable, is required.
